        Supporting you through NDIS

        At No Limits, we know anything is possible. We are passionate about helping you to connect to supports that are aligned with your goals and how you want to achieve them.

        The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS) defines Supports Coordination as:

        A capacity building support to implement all supports in a participant’s plan including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports. Support coordinators work creatively and resourcefully with participants in how they utilize their support budgets to achieve their goals.

        A Plan Management service, manages all financial and administrative processes associated with a participants NDIS plan. 

        The No Limits support coordination and plan management team at IFYS are here to help. We understand that you want to:

        • Find the right services and community activities for you to reach your life goals
